A Flood Watch continues through noon today.
There is a risk for severe thunderstorms, mainly in the morning and midday hours. Damaging winds, and a brief tornado or two will be
possible, primarily across west Kentucky, the southern tip of Illinois and possibly southwest Indiana.
Strong non thunderstorms winds to 55 mph are also forecast.
